Ralink Technology, Corp. created IEEE 802.11 (Wireless LAN) chipsets. Ralink chipsets are used in routers made by Gigabyte Technology, Linksys, D-Link, Asus, Belkin, etc. Nintendo DS and Wii also use the Ralink's RT2570 chipset to connect to the Internet. In 2011 Ralink was acquired by the Taiwanese company MediaTek.
